If a ban on the address would cost you real money, buy dedicated. If you mainly need many addresses cheaply, buy shared. Mixing both on one account is normal.
Billing questions

Prices are set in USD and displayed in whichever currency you pick in the header. Bangladeshi customers paying with bKash or bank transfer are invoiced in BDT at the rate shown at checkout.
Neither. Billing is monthly in advance and you can cancel at the end of any period. There is no minimum term.
Yes. Additional IPs are added to the existing service and pro-rated to your renewal date, so you keep one invoice and one renewal.
Yes. The rate is set by the quantity on the service, so crossing a volume break lowers your per-IP price from the next invoice without you asking.
If an IP is dead on arrival or unusable for what you bought it for, tell us within 24 hours and we replace or refund it. Beyond that, proxies are a consumable service and refunds are case by case.
