No, and nobody can promise that. Slots are released by IVAC and there are more applicants than slots. What a dedicated Dhaka IP gives you is a clean, stable connection that is not shared with anyone else — so a slow or blocked session is not somebody else's traffic on your address. The booking itself is still yours to do.
One per applicant. If you are booking for four family members in separate sessions, take four so the sessions do not share an address. For a single application, one is enough — there is no minimum order.
Weekly if you have one appointment window in mind. Monthly works out cheaper if you expect to keep trying over several weeks. You can start weekly and move to monthly later without losing the address.

Not at order time — the address comes from the free Dhaka pool. If the one you get does not suit you, tell us within 24 hours and we will swap it once at no charge.
Cancel and it stops at the end of the period you paid for. The address goes back to the pool after a cooldown. There is no contract and nothing to cancel by phone.
