ProxyHub

Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

What a ProxyHub service may and may not be used for, and how we act on abuse.

1. Scope

This policy applies to everyone using a ProxyHub service operated by SAM IT PARK, including anyone you give your credentials to. It sits alongside the Terms of Service.

A proxy hides nothing from the law. Traffic sent through our addresses is traceable to the account that sent it, and we keep the records needed to answer a lawful request.

2. Against the law

You must not use the service for anything that breaks the laws of Bangladesh or of the country the traffic reaches. This includes, without limitation:

  • Unauthorised access to any computer, account, network or data, or any attempt at it, including password guessing, credential stuffing and brute force.
  • Interfering with a service or network, including denial-of-service and distributed denial-of-service traffic, flooding, or deliberately overloading a target.
  • Fraud of any kind: carding, testing stolen card or account details, fake orders, phishing pages, impersonating a bank, a government office or any person or business.
  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, exploit kits, botnet command-and-control, or hosting any part of an attack chain.
  • Child sexual abuse material. We report this to the authorities immediately and close the account without notice or refund. There is no exception and no warning.
  • Content or activity that incites violence, terrorism or communal hatred.
  • Distributing material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
  • Any activity that is an offence under the Cyber Security Act 2023, the Information and Communication Technology Act 2006, the Pornography Control Act 2012, the Digital Commerce Act and policy, or the Penal Code 1860.

3. Email and messaging

  • No unsolicited bulk email, SMS or messaging of any kind, whether sent through our addresses or advertised through them.
  • No harvesting of email addresses or phone numbers for bulk messaging.
  • No use of our addresses in the headers, links or infrastructure of spam sent elsewhere.

4. Abusive traffic

Even where it is not a criminal offence, you must not:

  • Scrape or automate against a site in a way that breaks that site's terms, ignores its robots rules, or degrades it for other users.
  • Create or operate fake accounts, inflate views, votes, clicks or followers, or manipulate any ranking, giveaway or ticket sale.
  • Scan, probe or test the security of a network you do not own or have written permission to test.
  • Run open proxies, open relays, Tor exit nodes, or resell access to other people from our addresses without our written agreement.
  • Mine cryptocurrency, or run any workload whose main purpose is to consume capacity rather than use the service.

5. Fair use and capacity

Plans are sold with the traffic and speed stated on the plan. Sustained use that damages the service for other customers — saturating a node, exhausting a supplier's pool, or generating complaint volumes that threaten an address range — may be limited or suspended after we contact you.

6. Your responsibility for others

If you give your credentials to a colleague, a client or a tool, their use is your use. Protect your credentials and rotate them from the client area if they may have leaked.

7. How we enforce this

Where we receive a credible report, or our own monitoring shows a breach, we act in the way that fits the severity:

  • A warning and a request to stop, where the matter is minor and fixable.
  • Suspension of an address or the whole service while we look into it.
  • Termination without refund for a serious or repeated breach.
  • Immediate termination and a report to the authorities for child sexual abuse material, terrorism, or an active attack on another network.

Where an upstream supplier or data centre requires an address to be withdrawn, we must comply and will replace the address where we can.

We do not read customer traffic. We do hold connection and usage records, and we review them when investigating an abuse report or answering a lawful request from a competent authority in Bangladesh.

8. Reporting abuse

To report abuse from one of our addresses, email abuse@proxyhub.bd with:

  • The IP address and port.
  • Timestamps with the time zone.
  • Log extracts or evidence of what happened.

We acknowledge reports and act on them. Please send legal notices and law enforcement requests to the same address, marked for the attention of the compliance contact at SAM IT PARK.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the law and the threats change. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated.
